SiteRoast.ai is an AI-powered website analysis platform that provides automated critiques ("roasts") of websites. The Service includes:

• AI-generated website analysis and feedback
• Security, performance, and design assessments
• Public "Wall of Shame" leaderboard
• Community voting and reviews
• Agent marketplace (future feature)

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Public Display of Results

By submitting a website URL for analysis on the free tier, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your website's roast results will be publicly displayed on the "Wall of Shame"
• Other users may vote on and review your website's roast
• Results may be shared on social media by other users
• Paid tiers offer private analysis options

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All "roasts" and critiques provided by SiteRoast.ai are:

• Generated by artificial intelligence for entertainment and educational purposes
• Subjective opinions, not professional advice
• Not intended to defame, harm, or make false claims about any person or business
• Focused on websites and their technical/design aspects, not individuals

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content. Users should not rely solely on our analyses for business decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Submit URLs you do not own or have permission to analyze
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to manipulate votes or rankings
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by SiteRoast.ai and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. User-generated content (reviews, comments) remains owned by users but is licensed to us for display on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SITEROAST.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from AI-generated content or analyses
• Reputational impact from public display of results
• Actions of other users on the platform

9. Content Removal

You may request removal of your website's roast results by contacting us. We will process legitimate requests within 30 days. Note that:

• You must prove ownership of the website in question
• Cached versions may persist on third-party services
• User comments and votes may be retained in anonymized form

10. Subscription & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitration are not permitted.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
